Javier helps community cats in Marbella using the TNR method (Trap-Neuter-Return), an ethical and responsible way to control the feline population without harming the animals.
His work mainly consists of safely rescuing and trapping stray cats to take them to the vet, where they are neutered and receive basic care. After their recovery, the cats are returned to their colony, preventing uncontrolled breeding and the continuous growth of the stray population.
Thanks to this work:
animal abandonment and suffering are reduced,
the number of litters on the street decreases,
the health of community cats improves,
and a more balanced coexistence with the environment is promoted.
In addition to neutering, Javier helps feed, care for, and monitor cat colonies. We are currently looking for support so he can continue this important animal protection work.
